"Die Hauptstraße in Bitburg ist eine Fußgängerzone, in der Innenstadt. Der Fußgängerzone sind wir in allen Richtungen gefolgt, und haben einen Einkaufsbummel gemacht. Am Spittel - Platz angekommen brauchten wir eine Pause. Das Eiscafé am Spittel befindet sich am Rand vom Spittel-Platz. Die Moderne Gestaltung, und dass viel Gäste dort im Schatten saßen, brachte uns auch zu einer Shopping Pause zum Eiscafé am Spittel. Das Eis war lecker, der Espresso weckte wieder unsere Lebensgeister...Ich kam mit der freundlichen Bedienung ins Gespräch, da fast alle Eiscafés die ich kenne, Italienische Besitzer haben. Das Eiscafé am Spittel, hat koreanische Besitzer. Der Besitzer, erzählte mir das seine Eltern in der früheren DDR ein Eiscafé betrieben haben. Als Sohn seiner Eltern hat er in Bitburg seinen Traum erfüllt, und die Familien Tradition weitergeführt. Schaut man ins Eisgeschäft hinein, kann man hinten links an der Wand eine Koreanische Wandzeichnung sehen, die, so hat man es mir erklärt, Vater und Mutter darstellen... Das Eiscafé Am Spittel, ist Moden ausgestattet. Drinnen wie draußen kann man bequem Platz nehmen. Ich, empfehle es gerne weiter."

"Sehr "cooles" Eiscafe. Modern eingerichtet, nette Bedienung und leckeres Eis. Meine Frau ist Veganer und auch da gab es eine Auswahl an veganem Eis. Klasse ! Beim nächsten Besuch, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder."
